Ethics channel

In its organisation and management model, IMPROVING LOGISTICS & CONSULTING S.L has enabled an Ethics Channel with preventative effectiveness, that establishes the detection of acts or behaviours that could be deemed contrary to the general or sectoral regulations that were applicable in accordance with the Criminal Code upon its imposition of an obligation to report potential risks and breaches to the body responsible for monitoring the operation and enforcement of the prevention model.

The Ethics Channel is available to all members of our organisation and/or third parties who may bring the existence of any procedural and organisation weakness that may result in a criminal risk or the commission or omission of a criminal act, to the attention of the organisation.

IMPROVING LOGISTICS & CONSULTING S.L guarantees confidentiality, anonymity and non-retaliation of any kind towards the individual who has informed us of the facts. The data will be retained in the system only for the time deemed necessary for the investigation of the facts reported. In any case, three months following the inclusion of your personal data, our organisation will proceed to delete them from the system. If the retention of these data is required in order to continue with the investigation, our organisation will be able to continue processing your data in a different environment to that which corresponds legally.
