El pasado 26 de mayo, Ranstad nos reuni\u00f3 a algunas compa\u00f1\u00edas para compartir inquietudes e intercambiar opiniones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan datos recientes proporcionados precisamente por Ranstad, el 18% de las vacantes sin cubrir en Espa\u00f1a corresponden al sector log\u00edstico, evidenciando una escasez de profesionales cualificados. Adem\u00e1s, la rotaci\u00f3n de personal en este sector se sit\u00faa en un 17% anual, lo que afecta negativamente a la eficiencia operativa y a los costes. Son cifras que invitan a la reflexi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Reflexiones sobre el presente y futuro del talento log\u00edstico<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El pasado lunes 26 de mayo, nuestros compa\u00f1eros Jorge Calleja (director de RRHH) y Raquel Villar (responsable del mismo departamento) participaron en una jornada organizada por Randstad en la que se abordaron los desaf\u00edos actuales en la gesti\u00f3n del talento en el sector log\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p>Los y las asistentes a la reuni\u00f3n, en la que hab\u00eda representantes de otras importantes empresas de la log\u00edstica, coincidieron en se\u00f1alar el <strong>alto porcentaje de absentismo<\/strong> y la <strong>elevada rotaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de personal como problemas comunes.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se se\u00f1al\u00f3 de forma muy destacada el impacto del <strong>cambio generacional<\/strong>, con la entrada en las compa\u00f1\u00edas de una nueva fuerza laboral con diferentes prioridades, pues valora la conciliaci\u00f3n y la flexibilidad laboral como nunca antes, a veces incluso por encima del salario.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>La filosof\u00eda de Improving Logistics<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>En Improving Logistics, entendemos que la clave para afrontar estos desaf\u00edos reside en atraer y desarrollar talento joven comprometido y adaptable.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestra filosof\u00eda se basa en ofrecer un entorno de trabajo que rete a las personas, que fomente la innovaci\u00f3n y la autonom\u00eda y que ofrezca <strong>crecimiento profesional y carrera laboral<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Somos conscientes de la necesidad de adaptarnos a las demandas de las nuevas generaciones, de modo que seguimos desarrollando estrategias que nos permitan ser una empresa de referencia sin dejar de contribuir al fortalecimiento del sector log\u00edstico en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las empresas que conformamos el sector log\u00edstico en Espa\u00f1a enfrentamos un mismo y significativo desaf\u00edo: atraer y retener talento joven en un entorno marcado por la transformaci\u00f3n digital y las nuevas y crecientes demandas en el mercado.
