An Industrial Organization Engineering graduate, Pablo Arnau came to Improving in 2019 after a brief experience in another job. Since then he has helped design many logistics services and implemented new operational projects. He has also been involved in parameterizing the company’s IT system according to the customer’s needs.<\/p>

Pablo Arnau, in short, constantly travels from digital data to the reality of the warehouse.<\/p>

Rocio is a logistics coordinator and ensures that the assigned operations have sufficient staff and the right workload. She makes sure that everything goes according to plan. Although he knows that the most important part of his job is: “that the customer has confidence in us,” he says. “I know that mentality is not a common thing in logistics, but it’s a must.”<\/p>

Before taking on her coordination duties, she worked as a stock controller. There she learned everything she knows about logistics and developed an essential ability to make decisions: “At the dockside, you learn quickly how to make decisions.<\/p>

In the six years he has worked here, Marce has gone from forklift operator to team leader and now holds the position of logistics coordinator.<\/p>

She joined after completing a higher cycle at the Almussafes vocational school and today she is part of a young, cohesive team with a very good atmosphere. Even at times of high pressure, such as at the beginning of the month, when it is time for invoicing.<\/p>

From operator to coordinator in less than five years. With this journey, Llibert represents Improving’s company style, which fosters professional careers.<\/p>

“I started as a material tug for Ford. Then I was a team leader and now I coordinate stable operations”. He has only been in this position for a short time and, for now, he is taking it easy because “I need to train and get to know these new responsibilities well. There are a lot of them.<\/p>

Marcelina (Marce to her colleagues) has been with Improving Logistics for five years. She started in the company as an operator after working in the logistics center of a large distribution company and other companies in the Almussafes industrial park.<\/p>
